Head of Inethics expert group Evgeny Yadryshnikov said: “At the present moment Internet users are hardly paying any attention to “inethics” or internet ethics. As a result unauthorized advertising mailings are sent to email post boxes, obscene language is used in blogs, forums and chats; and hackers keep attacking sites”.
“Internet is a global informational space in which every person has a right for his or her opinion. Therefore at the present moment the world community does not need regulations in Internet, as users themselves do not want to be restricted. However Internet Code of Ethics is written in simple and apprehensible language, could serve as an instrument to optimize communicational interaction in Internet and to solve ethical and moral issues”.
